Ba Gua Zhang
is an ancient form  of internal martial arts for superior health and devastating self defense. The bagua or pa kua; literally "eight symbols" is a fundamental philosophical concept in ancient China. It is an octagonal diagram with one trigram on each side. The concept of bagua is applied not only to Chinese Taoist thought and the I Ching, but is also used in other domains of Chinese culture, such as fengshui and martial arts.

Ba Gua incorporates static palm positions, circle walking, linear forms, and several palm changes
that are performed with fluid movements. The movements have several benefits in body for enhancing fluidity, flexibility, strength, concentration, balance and  chi flow.
